The Technical support provided by us would be over the phone and includes all software related issues. You understand it very clearly that no on-site service is provided and no physical possession of your computer or any of its peripherals will be taken over by GNR Management Services. The services will be rendered by GNR Management Services only for the computer and software registered under the plan and GNR Management Services will, in no way, be responsible for the other computers, software or peripherals not registered. The Support Process may also include the use of remote tools in order to take the remote access of your system; if required to fix the issue. Our remote session process and technicalities of the remote access tool doesn’t permit us to get connected to your computer without your permission. Hence, Remote session with your system can only be established post your permission for the same. While getting your issues fixed by us, it completely depends on you, if you want to stay over the phone or if you want our technician to fix all your system issues only through remote session and then give your a call back. Issue resolution through remote session would require your availability near your system, in order to reply to our technician, in case he/she needs you in between the complete issue resolution process. During or after the completion of the process of resolution, there may be a small text file placed on the clip board of your computer, explaining the work undertaken on it. You will have the option either to delete it or retain it for the future reference. The Technician will only take care of the system that you will register with any of our offered services, and will not be responsible for other computers at your place. GNR Management Services will take every possible, genuine, and commercially viable effort to provide, suggest or undertake appropriate solution. Our technicians will work on your computer over remote session in front of you and will keep on educating you about the steps being performed, and will confirm the resolution at the closure of remote session or on that particular call. GNR Management Services under no circumstances will be responsible for kind of data loss if happens on your computer. You should not make any kind of major changes on your computer without informing us till the time your computer is under a software warranty with us. We will not be responsible for any kind of problem that may occur while you make changes, installations, updates, etc without giving any prior information to GNR Management Services.
Every support service which GNR Management Services offers has a validity period, which commences from the date of registration. GNR Management Services will not provide support on to your computer after the validity of the plan has expired. You understand and agree that GNR Management Services will not be in a position to serve if some modifications have been carried out on the computer system taking it out of our preview or you have used a peripheral or product incompatible with the system registered with us or you fail to follow the instructions contained in the product manual supplied by the manufacturer or your computer system has suffered a shock or an accident or electrical wiring is faulty. You acknowledge and agree that upon termination GNR Management Services may immediately deactivate or delete your user account and all related information and files in your user account and/or bar any further access to the services.
GNR Management Services respects and values your relation with us and hopes that you will make a fair use of our services. You agree that You will not use this Website or the content or software contained herein for any purpose that is unlawful as per applicable laws or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You may not use the Resources and Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any GNR Management Services server, or the network(s) connected to any GNR Management Services server, or interfere with any other party”s use and enjoyment of any Resources and/or Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Resource and/or Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any GNR Management Services server or to any of the Resources and/or Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Resources and Services.
